Preserved in beautiful bottles made in France by expert glassmakers, they can be stored and refilled. Amber bottles preserve all the benefits, stand upright, and feature a press for perfect hygiene.

To maintain the splendor of the first days for as long as possible, remember to clean your bottles thoroughly between each refill. To do this, fill them with hot water, shake them, and let them dry upside down or with a clean towel. If necessary, quickly clean your bottles with a little white vinegar to remove limescale.
To last a lifetime
Over time, pumps can become clogged due to limescale or the sticky texture of certain products, such as toothpaste. To prevent this, unscrew the bottle and soak the disassembled pump for 5 to 10 minutes in boiling water to help remove the residue. Then, scrub the inside of the pump with a mini bottle brush and run water through it. Also, be sure to rinse your glass bottle (as explained above). Your bottle will be as good as new and ready to be refilled!

To track the delivery status of your order, go to your "My Account" area. Click on the order number and then click "Track my order."

- Your package has been returned to sender
If your order has been returned to our logistics center without any action on your part, we will write to you to notify you. If this is not the case, write to us after receiving the email confirming your delivery details (last name, first name, address, telephone number, email, and order number). - Your package appears to be lost or stolen
If your package appears to be lost or stolen, please contact our Customer Service team by email at bonjour@refyld.com with the following information: first name, last name, address, phone number, email address, and order number. Our team will contact the carrier to initiate the necessary procedures.

- It takes between 3 and 5 business days to receive your Refyld order. However, if it's been more than 6 business days since your order was shipped and you still haven't received anything, you can email us at bonjour@refyld.com with your contact information and order number.
- We offer Colissimo delivery or collection from a collection point. Delivery times remain unchanged depending on your choice; it takes between 3 and 5 business days to receive your Refyld order.

Once your order has been validated, our teams have one hour to cancel it. Send us an email to bonjour@refyld.com, we will see if it is still possible to modify/cancel your order. If it is a subscription order, you can modify , postpone , or cancel your order up until the day before your renewal deadline.

Your banking information is never in our possession, even if you choose to save your payment details to facilitate your purchases. Your transactions are systematically processed by the secure payment module of our partner Shopify Payments.
